Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 selama tahun 2020 membuat capaian peserta khusus segmen Pekerja Penerima Upah (PPU) mengalami penurunan, khususnya di kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan metode Lean Six Sigma dalam proses rekrutmen badan usaha di Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan penelitian kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan atau observasi, hasil wawancara, hasil pemotretan dilapangan, analisa dokumen dan catatan atau laporan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif bersifat induktif, Metode Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control (DMAIC) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil penerapan metode Lean Six Sigma dapat meningkatkan proses kegiatan rekrutmen peserta. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa metode DMAIC terbukti dapat meringkas proses dan meningkatkan capaian peserta melalui telemarketing sebanyak 5.962 peserta. Penelitian ini selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan capaian kerja di bidang lainnya seperti kepesertaan, SDM umum dan pelayanan faskes.
