Copyright protects the specific expression of the article used to describe experiments and their results. JJKN is committed to protecting and defending the rights and reputations of its authors. The journal takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethical misconduct, and fraud very seriously.
JJKN is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication (both online and in print). We use the following license:

BY (Attribution): Users are permitted to share, distribute, and redistribute the published article in any medium or format, provided proper attribution is given to the author(s) and to the journal as the original place of publication.

Authors are encouraged to archive and share their articles immediately after publication (e.g., in institutional or public repositories, personal websites).

Authors may enter into separate, additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version, provided it includes acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

License to Publish
The article may be used for non-commercial purposes under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. The author grants JJKN an exclusive license to publish and distribute the manuscript, including tables, illustrations, and any supplementary materials (“the Article”), in all media formats (now known or later developed), in any language, worldwide, for the full term of copyright. This includes the right to sublicense and to enforce rights against third parties. -
Author’s Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, has not been previously published, contains no unlawful content, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that any necessary permissions to reuse content from other sources have been obtained. -
User Rights
Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, users may copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for non-commercial purposes. Proper credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and changes (if any) clearly indicated. -
Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:-
Copyright and related intellectual property rights, including patents.

Co-authorship
If the article is written by multiple authors, the signatory of this agreement affirms they have obtained consent from all co-authors and will inform them of the agreement’s terms. -
Royalties
This agreement does not entitle the author(s) to royalties or any other form of compensation. Authors waive their right to receive royalties for the use of the article by JJKN or its licensees. -
Miscellaneous
JJKN will publish the article if it successfully passes editorial review. The journal reserves the right to make minor edits to align with its style guide for punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage.
